Synopsis

A recreation of the events that occurred during the Civil War in the working class town of Alsasua allows us to observe the positioning of the Church in the face of the war. Through the gaze of the young parish priest one perceives the profound pain of a cruel war between brothers and the faith of the ecclesiastical hierarchy in the Gospel is made evident.
