El Salvador / 2020 / 36 min / Color

Geovanny is 25 years old and became a murderer when he was 12. He was a ruthless hitman for the 18th Street gang and he is currently serving a 35-year sentence in an isolation cell in El Salvador. In prison, he withdrew from the gang and joined an evangelical church that bestowed God’s forgiveness on him. However, there is a sin that is not forgivable for either the gang or the church: Geovanny is gay.
